Peter Kay, the British comedian, has told that he is really "thrilled" to star in an adaptation of Danny Baker's autobiography.
Peter would appear along with former EastEnders star Lucy Speed in the 8 part series named Cradle To Grave on BBC Two.
Set in the year 1974, the series follows the life events of Baker as well as his family landed on his autobiography Going To Sea In A Sieve. Fifteen year old Baker, in Cradle To Grave, played by Laurie Kynaston, is the guide via all the ups and downs of life with the family.
